How should I drop off my film?
You can place your film in a bag with your name and order number and drop it in our drop box.
How long does it take to get my scans back?
Scans are usually delivered within 7 days.
How will I get my scans?
Scans will be sent via a WeTransfer link. Links expire within 4 days. Please ensure that you are looking out for this email in your inbox and downloading ALL of your scans within the timeframe.
What happens if my WeTransfer link expired?
You will need to reach out to us via email and place an order for rescans. You can find this under the "Develop Film" page.
Do you offer prints?
No, we do not offer prints. You can order prints from a 3rd party.
