How should I drop off my film?
Please place your film in a ziplock bag and include a note with your name and 4-digit order number. This helps us keep everything organized and ensures a smooth drop-off process!
How long does it take to get my scans back?
Scans are usually delivered within 7 days.
How will I get my scans?
Scans will be sent via a WeTransfer link. Links expire within 30 days. Please ensure that you are looking out for this email in your inbox and downloading ALL of your scans within the timeframe.
What happens if my WeTransfer link expired?
You will need to reach out to us via email and place an order for rescans. You can find this under the "Develop Film" page.
Do you offer printing services?
We don’t offer printing services just yet, but we provide high-quality digital scans that are print-ready. Printing may be something we add in the future!
What types of film do you develop?
We process 35MM, 120 Medium Format, Disposable Cameras, APS Dilm, B&W, Color C-41.
Do you offer push or pull processing?
Yes, we do offer push & pull processing. Please be sure to add "Push/Pull" to your cart (per roll).
Can I mail my film to you?
Yes you may mail your film in!

Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes we do. Please call, text or email for all wholesale inquiries.
What happens if my film is blank or damaged?
If a roll comes out blank, we’ll let you know right away. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds for blank rolls, as this usually happens before developing (e.g. camera or loading issues).
